History

Collide started in 2022 as a passion project between two artistically-inclined friends, and has since grown to become not just a publication, but a community of artists and writers who join together monthly for open mics, happy hours, and artist showcases. The quarterly-printed zine features Philly-based artists of all kinds, is free to submit to, and provides creatives with the unique opportunity to collaborate with each other on a joint project or themed spread of the zine’s interior content.

Mission

Collide aims to connect local artists, writers, and poets through community events that are both accessible and affordable. We operate on the donations of our fans and community partners that share our vision of bringing poets and visual artists together through creative opportunities.

Creative Opportunities

Collide is not just a zine, but a community of thriving and collaborative artists; whether you are a painter, writer, or musician, there is a place for you in our zine. Apply today to have your art or writing published in the next issue of Collide (printed quarterly) OR participate as a performer or vendor at one of our monthly creative markets and/ or open mics.
